The manufacturing process has been validated through the successful and consistent performance of three consecutive process performance qualification (PPQ) batches at the intended commercial scale. The data from these batches demonstrate that the process is robust, reproducible, and consistently yields a drug substance that meets all pre-defined quality specifications.
